THE LOOK
The primary goal visually was to create a feeling of nostalgia, school pride, and excitement. Including school colors (yellow and black), showcasing alumni pride, and using actual photos of students taken on the UW Oshkosh campus in 1969 was in the forefront of the design process.
LUNCHEON PROGRAM
Black and white photos on a yellow background allowed for high contrast, giving it an exciting feeling. The cream color was included as a lighter option for easy readability with larger areas of text as well as something to smooth and neutralize the yellow. The headline font is thick and bold which allows them to be filled with photos.
DIRECTORY COVER
Here the look has been transferred to a directory cover including updated details and life news for that class' alumni.
MAILER INVITATION
This was the first print communication for the event.
A tri-fold mailer was created and sent to all alumni of the Class of 1969, detailing the weekend's schedule, logistical information, and a registration form.
